About fullTank.ie

I'm as tight as a Cavan man after having to pay for the first round! So I like to make sure that I get the cheapest petrol and diesel I can. At the moment, the only way I can do that is to use a particular website. Let's call it bumps.ie. It's a great website and was a great gift to Ireland, but it's old, and it looks like the owner has abandoned it. Oh, and I'm pretty sure it has worms! Only for the dedicated team of volunteers that update it, it would have wobbled off into the home for retired websites long ago.

So I created fulltank.ie, to perform the same job as pumps.ie, oh sorry, I mean bumps.ie, phew, that was a close one, but I don't think anybody noticed... Smooth! Anyway, fulltank.ie is here to help in these tough times by allowing us motorists to vote with our wheels and buy the best value petrol and diesel we can find. The 'Near Me' page can help you find the cheapest petrol and diesel near you.

My hope is that the good volunteers over at bumps.ie (nailed it), will come here and create an account to keep the prices at fulltank.ie updated so that everybody can have a safe and reliable way to find the best value fuel in Ireland.

Once I see that the website is being used and is actually helping people, I'll build a full tank app to work with the website so that it's even easier to compare and update fuel prices.
